​Qi Gong Classes

​What is Qi Gong?

​Qi Gong is a traditional therapeutic exercise similar to Tai Chi or Yoga.  Through integrated breathwork and body movements it calms the mind into a meditative state and enhances self healing. .  

​About the classes (now two different types - Healing, and Strength Training):

Each class will be custom tailored to fit the needs of the group, and is suitable for all ages and levels of experience.

​What to wear / bring:

Please wear loose fitting comfortable clothing/shoes. Yoga mats are provided, but you can bring your own if you'd like.

​Healing Qi Gong Classes

Engage your body and mind in slow meditative movements and conscious breathing techniques that enhance the body's capacity to heal, calm the mind and inspire the soul.​

Qi Gong Strength Training Classes

(Offered in two locations on two different days)
A dynamic combination of hard and soft movements coordinated with breathwork to strengthen tendons, ligaments, bones  and internal organs.
